Anna Says: Have Summer Fun!

Get your shovel! Get your bucket! It's Summer!

A lot of people say that some summers are hard. Your parents tell you to go outside but you want to watch TV. I get that. This may not be a problem if you're at the beach or visiting grandparents or friends, but for some kids, summer is laying on their back watching the same TV show over and over again.

Anyway, I'm trying to have the best summer ever. I've been to Disney, the Beach and Universal in two weeks. Now I'm at my grandparents for the rest of the summer so I made a list of things to do that YOU can do too!

1) Make a lemonade stand with a bud. Spend the money wisely!

2) Have a cook-out! Invite some friends and family. The more the better!

3) Go camping with someone. Try to get to know them better by chatting while roasting marshmallows.

4) Find a sport you like and find someone available to do it with you. It can be bowling, baseball, golfing or some other sport.

5) Go to a library and find a book. (I know it sounds boring but trust me, books can be exciting.)

6) Make a club. It can be reading, dancing or anything else you like. If you have a lot of people you like who are free, you can start a girls club!

7) Go rollerskating! Better with a person. Rollerskating is a group sport!

Well, that's just a few, but keep trying to have the best summer ever! Do you have any ideas for the best summer ever? Let me know!
